I'll see you out there - can't WAIT for the run in when we are both super uncomfortable. It's the best spot. Thank you for inspiring others by reflecting your journey.
It’s oh so painful and I’m working on not needing such a nudge haha but this was well said and what I needed to hear today!! It actually royally sucks not putting yourself out there and stagnating …. That’s so much worse
This is the #1 best newsletter EVER and the ONLY substack I read that is not full of calls for submissions. Also I laughed out loud. And, it sounds to me like putting yourself out there is also about determination. I've seen that in a lot of successful people. Including you. Thanks for sharing it.
This is so true! It’s having grit and persevering through the hard stuff again and again. It’s doing the crap we don’t want to do, finding different angles, researching different ways to do it. It’s finding different people to ask if everyone else has already said NO.

Bad ass.
Well said, Anna! I never set out to become a writer but was one by accident anyway. And putting myself out there was key. Still is! It never ends.
Never. Ends. But gets easier!
Thanks for this. It helps

Awesome as always. I want to be a guest on podcasts. I guess I should get busy and finish my book first.

This was an excellent reminder 😊 Thank you
